Shipping & Delivery

 Your order will be delivered using Australia Post. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of year the order is placed so please allow for both these variables when ordering if it is time critical. If you need a product delivered in a particular time frame, please contact us and we can arrange this for you accordingly. This may or may not result in extra delivery charges but this will be discussed with you at the time.

A longer than expected delivery time, out of our control, will not result in a refund being granted. Further, should delivery costs be incurred for redelivery or result in the return of the delivery to us, these will need to be paid for by you.

We have chosen Australia Post as a reliable delivery service, and great care is taken in packaging our products for postage, but we do not take responsibility for items that are lost in transit although we will do everything we can to assist with the package being located.

You are, of course, welcome to pick up your product from our Gold Coast factory. This is located at Unit 36, Gold Coast City Marina, 76 Waterway Drive, Coomera. Please note that when you come to the Marina, you will need to ask for Classic Marine Trimming at the security booth as that is how our business started!
