Products can only be returned if there has been an error made in the ordered size. Products cannot be returned if you have changed your mind and products on Sale cannot be returned.
Claims for products to be refunded must be made within 21 days of the date of delivery. Proof of delivery date and reason for refund is to be emailed to: sales@slinkyandfriends.com.au
Products must be returned in original condition, meaning they must be unused, unworn, unwashed and with any labelling still attached. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Customer is responsible to post product back to Slinky and Friends at their cost. Once the product has been received, we will process your refund within 72 hours or you can opt for a store credit which will be applied to your next order. The store credit system is not currently automated, so this will have to be done by us. Please email your new order and we will apply the store credit.
Note that if a product is purchased through Zip Pay, we can only offer store credit.
Should goods arrive damaged or in a faulty condition, please take photos and email to them to us at: sales@slinkyandfriends.com.au Please include your contact details and we will be in contact to discuss the product’s return, refund or store credit.
Further, if a product ceases to work within a reasonable time frame, please email us photos and we will assess it on a case by case basis. Before doing so, please check that you have cleaned the product in accordance with the cleaning directions supplied.
